All orders for custom prints are final.
Orders on items that are not custom can be canceled up until the item has been shipped.
Shipping addresses and billing addresses MUST match.
Changes/Cancellations:
If for any reason you would like to cancel or modify your order, please email us at order@itsfilamental.com and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Only non-custom orders may be canceled or modified BEFORE they are shipped out.
custom item orders may not be canceled.
